Sarawak Polls: MACC sets up five centres for the public to lodge election-related complaints

KUCHING: The MACC has opened five operations centres throughout Sarawak for the public to channel information and lodge complaints on abuse of power and other acts of corruption during the state election.

The centres, located at the MACC offices in Kuching, Sibu, Miri, Bintulu and Limbang, will be in operation 24 hours a day throughout the election period.

“The MACC would like to remind candidates and political parties contesting in the election not to be part of activities that violate laws and election regulations,” it said in a statement on Monday (Dec 6).

Members of the public may also lodge complaints of wrongdoing via email at aduan.prnsarawak@sprm.gov.my.
