BATU KAWAH: Sarawak United People's Party (SUPP) president Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian is the first candidate to arrive at the nomination centre for the Batu Kawah seat.
He came to the centre at the Padawan Municipal Council's auditorium at Kota Padawan in Kuching with his proposer Lim Ah Ted (left) and seconder Lated Seman at 7.45am.
