WE HAVE all seen it. Celebrities standing up through the sunroof of a moving car in a TV show or music video. It sure does look cool.

But as with most cool things we see on the screen, it comes with - or at least it should - a "Do not try this at home" warning.

Standing up through the sunroof in a moving vehicle is dangerous and can lead to serious injuries in the event of an accident. Not to mention it is against the law.

However, were children seen doing this in Subang Jaya?

Subang Jaya police at 10am on Tuesday (Feb 13) received a report after dashcam footage showing two kids poking out of a sunroof while the car was in motion went viral.

"The incident happened at Persiaran Putra Perdana, Putra Heights on Monday (Feb 12) at about 3.20pm," said Subang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Wan Azlan Wan Mamat on Facebook on Thursday (Feb 15).

"Initial investigations showed the owner of the vehicle was a local male who resided at the Putra Height area," he added.
