QNET Group Convention attracts 12,000 delegates from 50 countries

GEORGE TOWN: The opening of the QNET Group Convention has attracted some 12,000 delegates from more than 50 countries at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre.

With a theme for this year “Touching A Billion Hearts” the atmosphere at the event was electric with dance performances and high-spirited delegates attending the convention.

The prominent direct-selling company also celebrated its 25th anniversary during the event on Friday (Sept 8).

Present at the grand launch ceremony was QI Group Founder and Exec. Chairman Datuk Seri Vijay Eswaran, his deputy chairman Japadas Bismark and state tourism and creative economy committee chairman Wong Hon Wai.

Among the delegates present were from the United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Mauritius, Tibet, India, Malaysia, Ghana, Nigeria, Pakistan, Canada and others.

To mark the group's 25th anniversary, a cake-cutting ceremony was held during the event.

The ceremony was attended by Vijay, Bismark and their team.

An explosive and energetic dance show by V Company from India also got the crowd pumped up during the memorable night.

The annual convention is a platform to promote entrepreneurship among QNET independent representatives through training programmes and workshops.

This also will be first time the convention will be organised twice for the first time from Sept 7- Sept 21.
