CHINESE pop sensation Joker Xue and Taiwanese singer-actor Cyndi Wang will be holding separate concerts in Kuala Lumpur, Sin Chew Daily reported.

On his 40th birthday on Monday, Xue took to Instagram to announce that his international concert tour would cover 10 countries – Malaysia, France, Japan, Thailand, Canada, the United States, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Britain.

The news comes four years after his last concert in Malaysia in 2019.

Meanwhile, Wang has also set KL as one of the locations for her 23 international concert venues. The date has yet to be finalised, but the concert is expected to be held sometime next year.

> A woman in Suzhou of China’s Jiangsu province chipped a tooth after biting into a metal bolt inside a popsicle, China Press reported.

She felt immense pain after biting into the dessert she bought for CNY50 (RM31) from an ice-cream store, and found the metal object as big as a key.

She contacted the ice-cream manufacturer and was later compensated CNY1,000 (RM628) and given a fruit basket, with them claiming it was an act of sabotage from a competitor.
