A luxury low-density property development has been launched in central Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

The third project of Haverse Holding Sdn Bhd (Haverse), Regent’s Park is described as the developer’s most ambitious undertaking to date.

Regent’s Park is a 20.2ha area nestled in the East Ledang precinct, Haverse chief executive officer Brendon Yeo said.

“Positioned as the final parcel within the 111.2ha East Ledang master plan, Regent’s Park offers exclusive bungalow plots with custom-build opportunities.

“These promise residents a private and serene lifestyle just minutes from key amenities.

“With excellent infrastructure already in place by UEM (United Engineers Malaysia Bhd) and all amenities within easy reach, Regent’s Park is set to be the only high-end, mature township in Iskandar Puteri that offers bungalow plots,” he added.

Yeo said this in his speech during the project launch at Iskandar Malaysia Studios in the Medini area.

Nearby are hospitals, schools that include international ones, universities, shopping districts, sports centres, and theme parks.

Regent’s Park is also located near the Second Link Expressway connecting to Singapore, as well as other highways.

Yeo said Haverse secured the land in 2024 and that all development plans for Regent’s Park were now ready.

“This marks another milestone for us because of the scale of the project and the legacy we are stepping into.

“This land sits in one of the most prestigious locations in Iskandar Puteri.

“Previously owned by Khazanah, this land was not something easily acquired.

“It was entrusted only to developers who could truly carry forward its legacy with vision, responsibility and commitment,” he said.

Pointing to a development density of just 2.7 units per 0.4ha across 15.3ha, Yeo said Regent’s Park was designed for discerning buyers who value space, privacy and bespoke design.

The project’s appeal, he said, was that buyers would have the freedom to create their dream homes.

These would include increasingly popular single-storey bungalow designs.

“With over 80% occupancy in the surrounding bungalow zones, we believe the community is ready for this next chapter.

“And, to ensure quality and consistency, we will implement architectural and setback controls.

“These will come with a four-year buyback clause, which is a promise that we are committed to,” he added.

Yeo said the project marked how far the company has moved forward.

“Regent’s Park is testament to our company’s growth, vision and confidence in what is to come,” he said.

Founded in 2022, Haverse completed two key projects prior to Regent’s Park.

These include a fully sold double-storey residential development, and a retail warehouse concept in K-City, Kulai.

Yeo pointed out that the company achieved its first project handover within 18 months.

He credited strong teamwork and stakeholder support.

“We are here to grow, evolve and deliver,” he said.
