Delays add drama to GE15

There was no shortage of dramatic moments at some polling and tallying centres in the Klang Valley during the 15th General Election (GE15), with two incidents delaying different parts of the process.

In the Segambut constituency, a missing form caused a delay at SK Bukit Damansara tallying centre in Kuala Lumpur.
