AS Chinese New Year approaches, families look forward to reuniting over a special selection of dishes that represent a culture dating back thousands of years.
To make this year’s celebration special, even amidst these difficult circumstances, Maggi Professional, in collaboration with Malaysia Selangor And Federal Territory Ku Su Shin Chong Hung Restaurant Association, celebrates the efforts of 10 chefs with a compilation of their dishes in the Maggi Prosperity Reunion Menu Recipe Book.
The recipe book demonstrates the versatility of Maggi Professional’s new and improved culinary aids.
These include the all-time favourite bouillon range, which comprises Maggi Concentrated Vegetable Stock, Maggi Concentrated Chicken Stock, Maggi Concentrated Chicken Stock with no added MSG and Maggi Chef’s Master Stock.
