Company rolls out CNY campaign, RM2.8mil in perks and rewards

A PROPERTY developer is welcoming the new lunar year by launching its festive campaign.

Tropicana Corp Bhd’s Chinese New Year “Redefining the Art of Living” campaign offers rewards worth up to RM2,888,888.

Running until Feb 28, the campaign also offered referral rewards of up to RM80,000.

Purchasers will receive festive prosperity packets, flexible financing solutions and additional property ownership privileges designed to enhance the home buying journey.

Tropicana marketing, sales and business development managing director Ixora Ang said, “Tropicana continues its commitment to connecting communities and forging sustainable futures through its CNY Prosperity campaign, offering attractive home-ownership solutions, absorption of legal fees, and referral rewards.

“There are exclusive prosperity packages, a multi-cultural brand film and a specially composed Chinese New Year song by Han Xiiao Aii.”

Ang said this year also marked the introduction of Tropicana’s mascots ZiZi and TuTu, which added a more engaging touch for customers.

She said Tropicana’s flagship property gallery in Petaling Jaya would house three new show units showcasing signature developments in Johor, Genting Highlands and Langkawi.

They comprise Clarissa Serviced Suites @ Tropicana Cenang, Langkawi, Breeze Hill Service Apartments @ Tropicana Avalon, Genting Highlands and Skypark Kepler @ Lido Waterfront Boulevard, Johor.

The centralised gallery provides purchasers and investors the convenience of experiencing all three signature property offerings in a single, seamless visit.

“This will cater to a wider audience, making it easier and more accessible for our customers to experience Tropicana’s resort-style and holiday developments.

“We are also pleased to present the lucky winners of our 2025 UPgrade Campaign.

The 11 participating developments for the campaign are Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Alam, Tropicana Metropark, Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Grandhill, Tropicana Paradise, Tropicana Avalon, Tropicana Cenang, Tropicana Uplands, Tropicana Danga Bay and Lido Waterfront Boulevard.

The company will also be celebrating the festive season with open houses at its property galleries across the country.

On Feb 28, Tropicana WindCity Property Gallery in Genting Highlands will mark the opening of the Breeze Hill show unit.

The same day, guests can join the celebrations at Lido Waterfront Boulevard and Tropicana Danga Bay Property Gallery in Johor, as well as at Tropicana Alam Property Gallery in Puncak Alam.

The festivities continue on March 1 at Tropicana Uplands Property Gallery in Johor, giving visitors another opportunity to discover Tropicana’s latest offerings.
