Lapisan Patisserie is introducing two new unique pastries crafted to elevate your next special occasion.
While one adds a playful twist to a French classic, the other brings a refreshing take to gourmet English heritage.
The Lychee St Honore (RM18) is a classic French-based choux puff cake with a local touch.
Created to look like a crown, it features juicy lychee fruit, artfully decorated in between silky lychee cream on top of a buttery feuilletine base offering floral sweetness with a toasty crunch.
The Earl Grey Cube (RM18) features a light and fragrant Earl Grey tea mousse layered with orange cream and almond sponge cake on a crumble base.
It is enveloped in a smooth, gold finish with a dapper moustache detail.

“We are passionate about creating pastries that bring people together,” said Lapisan Patisserie Business Development manager Darren Sim.
“With the introduction of the Lychee St Honore and the Earl Grey Cube, we combine refined pastry craftsmanship with a touch of playful charm.”
To cleanse the palate, Lapisan Patisserie has also added two new beverage series, perfectly balancing the flavour profiles of the new theme of pastries.
For a fruitier option, the Refreshing Series offers a burst of bright and tropical energy, while the Latte Series better serves those who prefer a rich and refined classic.
The Refreshing Series include Peach Jasmine Fizz (RM11) – effervescent, floral with refreshingly fruity notes and Lychee Jasmine Cooler (RM11) – a floral and fruity crowd-pleaser.
The Latte Series has Gula Melaka Latte, Caramel Latte and Hazelnut Latte (starting at RM12).
The homegrown brand operates three stores in the Klang Valley and one in Johor Baru.
The new pastries are available while stocks last at all its outlets nationwide.
