LAPISAN Patisserie gives the classic tiramisu a playful twist with its new Tiramisu Cup – billed as a must‑try piece of “edible art”.

The dessert pairs a crisp chocolate shell with a rich, velvet‑smooth tiramisu filling for a striking, cafe‑inspired treat.

Shaped to resemble a takeaway coffee cup, the Tiramisu Cup, priced at RM18, features soft finger sponge soaked in an exquisite latte sauce, layered with creamy mascarpone mousse and chocolate crumbles.

The entire tiramisu is then encased in a delicate, snap‑thin chocolate shell moulded to mimic the humble coffee cup.

“Tiramisu desserts have long been a signature favourite among dessert lovers,” said Lapisan Patisserie business development manager Darren Sim.

“Coffee‑based flavours are complex, rich and timeless, and we wanted to give them a fresh, playful personality – the Lapisan Patisserie way.

“With the Tiramisu Cup, our customers can enjoy every bite, from the creamy filling to the crispy chocolate shell,” said Sim.

Lapisan Patisserie blends the timeless artistry of French pastry with the vibrant flavours of Malaysia.

The homegrown brand operates three stores in the Klang Valley and one in Johor Baru.

The Tiramisu Cup will be a permanent addition to the menu and is available at all Lapisan Patisserie outlets nationwide.
