A MAN in India celebrated the finalising of his divorce by cleansing himself with 40 litres of milk, Makkal Osai reported.
Manik Ali from Assam, a state in north-eastern India, filed for divorce after his wife repeatedly ran away with her lover.
After being told by his lawyer that his divorce had been finalised, Manik filled four buckets with milk and showered with it.
In videos that went viral, he can be seen joyously pouring buckets of milk over himself.
Manik said the divorce has finally freed him.
