Batu Puteh RCI did not make Dr Mahathir a subject matter, High Court hears


KUALA LUMPUR: The Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) examining issues surrounding the sovereignty of Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks, and South Ledge has never made Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad a subject matter in the inquiry, the High Court heard.

Senior Federal Counsel Shamsul Bolhassan said that the RCI's terms of reference made no mention of Dr Mahathir as a subject matter in the investigation.
