Malaysia should remain competitive in the tourism industry, says MCA

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia must give attention to being a competitive country in the global tourism industry, said MCA.

Its secretary-general, Datuk Chong Sin Woon, citing news reports, said Thailand's decision to waive the six-month visa for tourists from China and Kazakhstan would result in a surge of tourists from those countries.
