Helping hands: A large crowd of visitors thronged the Star Education Fair 2019 to gain information on a wide variety of programmes and courses and they were guided by many student volunteers.

KUALA LUMPUR: It was his first day as a student volunteer at the Star Education Fair 2019, but Jhotiswaran A. Karupathevan, 20, is already learning more than he expected.

Although studies come first for the Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur diploma in software engineering student, he just couldn’t turn down the offer to volunteer.
