PETALING JAYA: More business groups have called for the Immigration Department to take charge of the processing of foreign worker permits at its counters instead of outsourcing them online.
Malaysian Muslim Restaurant Owners Association (Presma) president Noorul Hassan Saul Hameed said it appeared that the outsourced online system came with higher charges than the service provided over-the-counter.
