THE City of Elmina will see its first high-rise development when Sime Darby Property Bhd launches its Kanopi Residences on Nov 23.

This debut development presents 449 meticulously designed units, each spanning 1,000sq ft with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a minimum of two car parking spaces.
