Verdict:

TRUE
Police are investigating a 14-year-old boy who allegedly drove a car and crashed into three vehicles in Taman Chai Leng here.
Central Seberang Perai OCPD Asst Comm Nik Aminuddin Raja Abdullah said police detected a video of the incident circulating on social media on Wednesday (Sept 16).
He said police received a report about the incident on Tuesday (Sept 15).
"Initial investigations found that the accident occurred at about 4.50pm on Tuesday in the Taman Chai Leng area involving three cars at two locations," he said in a statement on Wednesday.
"The 14-year-old was driving from Lorong Kurau 23 towards Jalan Kurau 1 when he collided with a car parked on the road shoulder."
"He then continued driving before driving against traffic on the one-way Lebuh Kurau 5 where he collided with another car coming from the opposite direction," he said.
ACP Nik Aminuddin said all three vehicles were damaged but no injuries were reported.
He said the case was being investigated under Section 42(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for reckless and dangerous driving.
He advised parents and guardians to closely monitor their children's activities and not allow minors to drive vehicles.
