Cambodian expressway to be completed ahead of time

PHNOM PENH (The Phnom Penh Post/ANN): About 20 per cent of the expressway connecting Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville has been completed, with the project likely to be finished ahead of schedule, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport said.

With a budget of US$1.9 billion, the thoroughfare is an ambitious project that will connect the capital with the country’s only deep-sea port.
