A TWELVE-YEAR-OLD student in Singapore has touched the hearts of thousands after a video of her bowing to motorists went viral, reported Sin Chew Daily.
Liu Ke Xuan was captured on film pausing at a pedestrian crossing to offer drivers a deep bow and a cheerful wave.
The primary school pupil began the habit three months ago after being inspired by a similar trend on social media.
While initially a fun experiment, the gesture has since become a sincere daily routine to thank drivers for their patience.
Her school has since commended her, noting that her courtesy reflects a level of character and maturity that extends far beyond her academic achievements.
