Sabah MPs hopeful for greater MA63 progress following Royal Address


KOTA KINABALU: Sabah leaders took the opportunity in Parliament to voice out their hopes on the implementation of the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63), hoping for more positive progress on the matter.

Deputy Chief Minister III Datuk Ewon Benedick said that with a division in the Prime Minister's Department tasked with handling Sabah and Sarawak affairs, as well as the King’s recent decree for the MA63 to be applied, there was a clear message that the rights of Sabah and Sarawak must be respected.
