HIS 24-year-old son was believed to have acted inappropriately towards a young female relative, so he beat him to death with a brick.
The father, identified only as Nafees from India’s northern state of Uttar Pradesh, was infuriated when he found out what his son Salman had done, Makkal Osai reported.
He strangled Salman while he was asleep and then finished the job with a brick.
Nafees then disposed of the body in a mango orchard near their village with the help of two relatives.
When the matter came to light, Nafees along with the two accomplices were arrested.
Nafees confessed to the killing and claimed it was due to his son’s “wrongful acts”.
