School stabbing: Cops confirm discovery of suspect's handwritten note

SHAH ALAM: The police have confirmed the discovery of a handwritten note believed to be a message left by the teenage suspect involved in the recent student stabbing incident.

The note, which has been circulating on social media, allegedly contained various writings, including one that reads "This world is fake. I have already won."

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Shazeli Kahar said the note was seized during the arrest and initial inspection of the 14-year-old male suspect.

"The note was found on the suspect during his arrest.

"We are currently investigating its contents," he told reporters at the state police headquarters on Wednesday (Oct 15).

Comm Shazeli stressed that the police view the incident seriously and urged all parties, including schools and the wider community, to work together to ensure the safety and well-being of students.

"We need the cooperation of all parties to ensure the safety of all students," he said.
