ACTRESS Mira Filzah (pic) found herself in hot water after she used the wrong flag in a post to show her support for the Palestinian people, Kosmo! reported.

The 31-year-old had shared the picture of a flag, which she thought was the Palestinian flag, together with an inspirational quote on Instagram.

However, people immediately pointed out that the flag she had used was in fact the Sudanese flag, which subsequently resulted in many criticising the actress for her post.

Mira, who has been a vocal advocate of the Palestinian people, has since removed the post.

> Popular pop singer Jay Jay has successfully undergone six-hour heart surgery following a mild heart attack, reported Harian Metro.

The daily reported that the 66-year-old was in the intensive care unit after undergoing coronary bypass surgery at the National Heart Institute (IJN) on May 23.

His wife Zaitoon said Jay Jay would be heavily monitored as the pop singer remained unconscious after the operation.

“Thankfully, my husband has survived the surgery though he is still not conscious.

“I will let everyone know if there is any further development,” she told the daily.

Jay Jay, whose real name is Mohd Fauzi Darus, suffered from a mild heart attack while travelling on a bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur two weeks ago.
