Company owner arrested by Sabah MACC for RM18,000 false claim


KOTA KINABALU: A company owner was apprehended by anti-graft investigators in connection with making a false claim for the purported supply of diving equipment valued at RM18,000 to a state agency.

The suspect in his 40s was arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) investigators at the state MACC head office at about 11pm on Friday (Oct 20), sources said.
