GEORGE TOWN: An Iranian tugboat that berthed at the North Butterworth Container Teminal (NBCT) without approval is now waiting at the Prai Wharf for departure.
Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) chief executive officer Sasedharan Vasudevan said the vessel, MV Fire Man Zanzibar, could not remain at NBCT as the area is an International Ship and Port Facility accredited terminal and so it was told to temporarily berth at Prai Wharf.
