KOTA KINABALU: Measures to stem Covid-19 would not hamper voter turnout at the 16th Sabah state election, to be held on Sept 26, says the Election Commission.
According to its deputy chairman Dr Azmi Sharom, the Tasik Chini by-election for example, which was concluded last July 4, recorded a turn out of more than 70%.
