KOTA KINABALU: The swift action of an off-duty policeman and a brave member of the public led to the capture of a suspected snatch thief in Kepayan Ridge near here on Sunday.
The suspect, an addict and a father of five, was nabbed just minutes after he allegedly snatched a woman’s handbag at a grocery shop at about 8.10pm.
