JOHOR BARU: Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan (pic) has described former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad as insane for being open to cooperating with his former rival Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Abdul Rahman said that Dr Mahathir's actions has been so confusing lately, so much so that it does not seem out of the ordinary anymore.
