A missed opportunity in Asean's transboundary haze fight

NEVER before in history have we seen so many summit meetings taking place in almost all continents of this turbulent, tumultuous, difficult and uncertain world – and all happening around the same time.

Nearer home, it was time again for the Asean summit which was recently held in Indonesia from Sept 4 to Sept 7.
