Rooted in its philosophy of precision and premium ingredients, Nobu Kuala Lumpur has crafted a contemporary Japanese-Peruvian menu designed for meaningful gatherings at sunset.
The “Sundown Harmony” menu offers an individual omakase journey and a communal sharing menu, each reflecting the brand’s signature elegance and culinary finesse.
The multi-course omakase begins with a serving of pecan nuts, dates and dry apricot, Plantain Chip Guacamole, Salmon Skin Salad as well as Clear Soup, setting a composed and welcoming tone.
Guests may then select between a Sushi Bento and Vegetable Bento.
The Sushi Bento features Yellowtail Jalapeno, Sushi Selections, Soft-Shell Crab Cut Roll, and Spicy Tuna Cut Roll, while the Vegetable Bento presents Watercress Salad, Vegetable Sushi Selections, Asparagus Dry Miso Cut Roll and a Vegetable Cut Roll.
For the hot course, diners may choose one dish between seafood or meat selections.
The seafood options are Chargrilled Jumbo Shrimp with Nobu Sauces, Black Cod Miso or Anticucho Crab Rice, while the meat selection offers A3 Wagyu Sukiyaki or Lamb Anticucho Miso.
The experience concludes with a choice of dessert – Nobu Mango Cheesecake, Miso Cappuccino or mochi.
The omakase meal is priced at RM460++ per person.
The sharing menu for four presents a generous spread curated for communal dining.
The menu opens with a serving of pecan nuts, dates and dry apricot, Beetroot Dry Miso Salad and Miso Soup.
This is followed by cold selections including Lobster Tacos with Wasabi Aioli, Umami Chicken Wings, and Japanese Nasu Special.
The sushi course features Sushi Bento Boxes before transitioning into a hearty hot dish, featuring options such as Black Cod Butter Lettuce, Chargrilled Jumbo Shrimp with Nobu Sauces, Lamb Anticucho Miso, Anticucho Peruvian Style Rib Eye Steak or Anticucho Crab Rice.
The meal concludes with a Chocolate Bento Box, Assorted Seasonal Fruits and Miso Cappuccino for dessert.
The sharing menu for four persons is RM1,700++ per set.
