JOHOR is close to completing its new integrated system aimed at improving the management of public complaints statewide.

Johor housing and local government committee chairman Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor (pic) said the technical development of the system, known as the Johor Integrated Complaints Centre (JICC), had reached 85% completion as of early July.
