HUNDREDS of people attended a Hari Raya Aidilfitri open house at the Teak Luxor double-storey terrace house project site in Lang Valley, Ipoh.

Visitors at the open house were treated to local fare like satay, laksa, char kuey teow, cendol, nasi Arab and ayam gunting (fried chicken fillet).

Gunung Lang Development Sdn Bhd director Shin Kok Yee said they had expected about 500 visitors to the recent open house.

“Apart from welcoming the people to visit our show houses, we also have a mini car show,” he said.

There are two types of homes at the housing project, namely the Luxor Premium with a lot size of 24ft x 70ft and Luxor Executive sized 22ft x 70ft.

There will be 80 units of houses within this gated and guarded community that also has facilities like automated systems, and hybrid car-charging points.

Each unit comes with four bedrooms with attached bathrooms.

All units of the project are expected to be completed in less than two years from now.
