BUILT amid lush limestone hills, Teak Luxor double-storey terrace houses in Lang Valley offer a touch of nature in Ipoh’s city centre.
Gunung Lang Development Sdn Bhd director Shin Kok Yee said the Luxor Premium with a lot size of 24ft x 70ft and Luxor Executive sized 22ft x 70ft were among the city’s preferred houses.
He said Lang Valley was a complete integrated township offering a modern lifestyle.
It is also a stone’s throw from Gunung Lang Recreational Park.
“This new development features medium to upper-range houses in a good neighbourhood with a setting of untouched hills.
“Most people like the location as it is within the city, yet it is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle,” he said at the launch of the project.
Among the highlights of the launch were lion and dragon dance performances, a drum showcase and a fireworks show.
Shin added that the project was expected to be completed in less than two years.
He said this followed the completion of Teak One, Teak Two and Teak Villas located just behind this new project.
Another completed development is Raintree Villas, located adjacent to Teak Luxor.
“Teak Luxor is a gated and guarded community with an automated system and features hybrid car-charging points among other amenities.
“The units come with four bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms.
“The master bedroom is designed like a suite,” he said, adding that 80 units will be constructed.
Shin said the property was located close to the North-South Expressway as well as Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman (formerly Jalan Kuala Kangsar).
He said there were also plans by a private university to set up its campus in the vicinity, which would be able to accommodate more than 6,000 students.
“Our company sold a plot to interested parties about 400m away from Teak Luxor,” he said.
Shin added that all the rooms including the living room, kitchen and porch were spacious.
“This project is shaping up to be another success story. People who purchased our previous houses in other residential areas are happy,” he said.
The starting price of a unit is RM528,800.
