ABOUT 200 people managing strata buildings in Ampang got a clearer picture on how to better take care of their properties at the MPAJ Strata Carnival.

Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) president Dr Ani Ahmad, who is also its Commissioner of Buildings (COB), said there were 637 strata schemes in the municipality and not all were managed well.
