FT Ministry preparing plan to provide social safety net for urban poor

KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Territories Ministry is working with several ministries and private companies on a plan to provide a social safety net for the urban poor.

Its minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa said the projects will not be dependent on government funds but require the commitment from private companies.
