Troubled by route changes in SS3

Guards are assigned to man entry and exit points under the SS3 gated-and-guarded scheme.

Implementing a gated-and-guarded scheme in a neighbourhood becomes complicated when there are those who are for it and those against it living in the same community or close by.

The system may reduce traffic into a neighbourhood, thus also reducing the potential of crime, but it often creates uneasiness among residents who are not in favour of the scheme.
