AS the Lunar New Year approaches, Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur invites families, friends and loved ones to rediscover the joy of reunion.
The hotel has unveiled a collection of festive dining experiences designed to elevate gatherings of every size.
Its Chinese restaurant Jade Pavilion is offering two eight‑course reunion menus crafted by Chinese chef Kenny Lee, alongside a selection of yee sang.
The Prosperity Set Menu, priced at RM238nett per person, includes Salmon Yee Sang with Tiger Prawn and Jellyfish Flower, Slow‑Stewed Village Chicken with Sea Asparagus in Golden Scallop Sauce, and Wok‑Fried Sabah Ming Prawn with Savoury Crispy Bean Crumb.
The Fortune Set Menu, priced at RM308nett per person, features Salmon Yee Sang with Hokkaido Scallop and Pacific Clam, Steamed Soon Hock Fish with Spring Onion Soy Sauce, and Slow Oven‑Roasted Duck with Fragrant Butter Pepper Sauce.
A minimum order of four persons applies for all set menus.
Jade Pavilion’s yee sang is artfully prepared with premium ingredients symbolising good fortune, prosperity and harmony.
Topping options include crispy abalone mushroom with shredded fruits, mini cuttlefish with young mango, soft‑shell crab with snow pear, hokkigai with jellyfish flower, and 16‑head abalone with Alaskan scallops.
Available for dine‑in and takeaway, the yee sang is priced between RM75nett and RM250nett for a half portion, and between RM148nett and RM500nett for a full portion.
The Lunar New Year menu is available until March 8, for both lunch and dinner.
Guests may also share the gift of abundance with curated hampers featuring handcrafted delicacies and premium seasonal treats.
The Prosperity Treasure hamper is priced at RM850nett, while Golden Abundance is RM1,888nett.
