THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) has spruced up the 1.2ha garden on top a hill in Taman Bukit Indah, Bukit Mertajam, in hopes of alleviating congestion at several other public parks on the mainland.

The garden, dubbed ‘Rock Garden’ by residents due to many large rocks in it, has been fitted with various gym facilities and landscaped by the council.
