PETALING JAYA: OCR Group Bhd has launched D'Templer Hilltop Residences, a landed residential development in Templer, Rawang, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM344mil.

The property developer, in a statement, said the project is expected to contribute to its development pipeline over the coming years, with revenue to be recognised progressively as construction and sales advance.

Located in Templer, Rawang, about 30km from Kuala Lumpur city centre, D'Templer is a low-density landed residential development targeting families and upgraders seeking practical homes in a nature-oriented setting.

OCR said the project is positioned near existing and proposed infrastructure improvements, including the proposed Kuala Lumpur Northern Dispersal Expressway (KL Node) and the widening of Jalan Kuala Lumpur-Rawang under the 13th Malaysia Plan.

Separately, OCR Templer Sdn Bhd signed a memorandum of understanding with Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to explore joint marketing initiatives and potential integration of Huawei's smart digital power solutions for D'Templer homeowners.

Group managing director Billy Ong Kah Hoe said D'Templer is an important addition to the group's project portfolio and is expected to support its long-term growth.

“With a GDV of RM344mil, this development is an important addition to our portfolio, offering a low-density landed residential environment that combines space, greenery and accessibility,” he said.

Ong said improving connectivity, government infrastructure upgrades and the proposed KL Node are expected to enhance the appeal of Selayang North and support demand for D'Templer over the longer term.

OCR said the project complements its ongoing developments, including Residensi Akasia in Shah Alam and Stellar Damansara, as well as completed projects such as The Mate @ Damansara Jaya and Isola KLCC.

Meanwhile, Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) executive vice president of Huawei Digital Power Chong Chern Peng said the collaboration aims to make clean energy solutions simpler, smarter and more accessible for households.

“Through the integration of Huawei’s Residential Smart PV solutions, we look forward to supporting D’Templer in delivering future-ready homes that combine premium living with intelligent energy management.

“Today’s homeowners are increasingly seeking greater energy resilience, lower carbon footprints and long-term sustainability. Together with OCR, we aim to empower residents with the benefits of clean energy and contribute towards building more sustainable communities for generations to come.”
