Senze@PICC buyers can look forward to lavish master bedroom designs with the upgraded package, as seen in the Type H show unit
HUNZA Properties Group has unveiled “Penang's Largest One-Stop Show Gallery” showcasing six different layouts of its latest residential offering at Penang International Commercial City (PICC).
On display are the premium condominiums of Senze@PICC, which will come fully furnished with premium fittings, finishes, appliances and furniture for a hassle-free move-in process.
Prospective buyers visiting the developer's PICC Sales Gallery in Bayan Lepas can explore the 657sq ft to 1,658sq ft show units, enabling them to fully experience the stylish interior design and amenities available as part of two home-ownership package options – standard or upgraded.
Hunza Group managing director Datuk Khor Siang Gin said all units will be equipped with integrated smart home features for convenient, future-ready living.
“We've found that modern buyers prefer the convenience of fully-furnished units which eliminate the need for extensive and costly renovations, or purchasing furniture.
“This, combined with the smart technology, makes Senze@PICC an enticing proposition among homebuyers and investors, as evidenced by the encouraging market response,” Khor shared.
When launched in mid-2024, Tower C had over 40% take-up rate. Many were also swayed by its inclusion of over 70 lifestyle amenities.
These include three swimming pools, a wading pool, pool bar, barbecue pavilion, jogging track, smart gym, e-games room, virtual golf room, spa and massage room, herb garden and co-working space, alongside a rooftop deck with sky lounges and viewing areas.
“We'll launch Tower B and Tower A later this year. The project is on track for completion by 2027,” Khor continued, adding that the RM10bil, 17.4ha (43-acre) fully integrated PICC is shaping up to be one of Penang's most iconic destinations for “work-live-play”.
The masterplan also outlines a world-class shopping mall, internationally branded hotel, global business services (GBS) offices, medical centre and on-site LRT station.
Set to be part of Penang's LRT Mutiara Line, PICC is a transit-oriented development (TOD) that will give future residents, workers and visitors seamless connectivity anywhere in the state.
Khor said Hunza is progressing on other projects, such as the Mekarsari Unggul superlink homes at Kepala Batas, and the Seri Embun balcony terrace homes in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Both will be completed in 2026.
The group will also launch two new affordable housing projects this year, one on Penang Island and the other in Bertam.
“Penang's robust industries are contributing to a healthy property market. Well-crafted offerings in strategic locations have shown strong performance with prices increasing by 7% to 10% in 2024.
“At Hunza, we're confident in our ability to meet market demands and offer unique value propositions. As our developments are meticulously planned with prevailing trends in mind, we deliver homes that cater to genuine demand rather than speculative interest,” Khor added.
Hunza's PICC, Bertam and Sungai Petani Sales Galleries will resume operations on Jan 30 after the Chinese New Year break.
The PICC Sales Gallery will host its annual Grand Chinese New Year Celebration on Feb 8-9 (from 4pm to 10pm) with fun activities for all.
Visitors can enquire about the developer’s “Peaceful Fortunes Homeownership Campaign”, running until March 31, which offers purchasers the chance to receive exclusive gifts and win prizes worth up to RM500,000.
