A Charterhouse Malaysia student is one who can demonstrate high academic achievement coupled with a history of commitment to personal growth, service of others, student leadership, involvement in the life of the school and their community and the potential to be transformative. Applicants must demonstrate their potential to study, create and inspire and that they share the Charterhouse personality traits of perseverance, responsibility, moral courage, open-mindedness and kindness.

Our staff are all specifically experienced in ‘A’ level teaching and will be fully focused on you as ‘A’ Level students. Full university and career guidance will play an important part in your school, along with community and outreach programmes and sport. Academic standards are high, and it is anticipated that most students would be able to demonstrate a history of strength in their national or international examinations. The minimum spread of results would be 6 grade Bs at IGCSE, SPM or equivalent and should include the subjects they wish to study at A-Level or a related discipline. However, we are committed to accepting students who might fall short of this academic criteria, if they can demonstrate exceptional untapped potential.
