Wee Wern to defend China Open title with heavy heart

KUALA LUMPUR: National No. 2 Low Wee Wern left for Shanghai on Monday midnight with a heavy heart. The Penangite is defending her China Open squash title which begins Thursday as she worries about her dad.

The 23-year-old’s father Eric Low, 58, has been hospitalised at Hospital Kuala Lumpur due to liver cancer since last week.
