THE tragic offshore incident at the Sepat platform in Terengganu-Kelantan waters that cost three workers their lives and left another critically injured has left everyone in our health and safety industry in deep shock and sadness, “Three oil rig workers die, one injured in Terengganu platform incident” (The Star, May 25).
