The holy month of Ramadan is over, and now it's time to beraya (celebrate)! No one embodied this idea better than four kids in a viral video who apparently showed up unannounced at a police station in Perak to celebrate Hari Raya.
Did this really happen?
VERDICT:

TRUE
According to Sinar Harian, the four boys, fully clothed in their Raya best, showed up on March 21 at the Pangkor police station and claimed: "We are here to beraya!"
The video of the boys, aged nine to 12, digging into the lemang, rendang and raya cookies while amused policemen smiled and chatted with them has since gone viral.
The video was posted by Koperal Nurul Huda Ismail under the profile @Dik_yull on TikTok, who said that the visit was unexpected, and it was lucky the staff had the food at the station for the boys.
"We were surprised. They had walked quite a distance on the first day of Syawal.
"They were so relaxed and made themselves at home," she said.
She added that in her two years of working at the station, no children had shown up at the station to celebrate Hari Raya.
The video has received more than 94.5k likes and over 2,000 comments, with most people being amused at the boys' actions and praising them for their bravery.
