A VIDEO recently emerged showing a sports utility vehicle (SUV) being driven dangerously on the Federal Highway.
The dashcam footage captured the SUV swerving from the middle lane to the fast lane and braking suddenly, which led to a crash.
Instead of stopping, the driver continued driving and later swerved into the middle lane to block the vehicle with the dashcam, resulting in another collision before driving away.

The police are currently trying to track down the SUV driver, who is also reported to have collided with another vehicle, not seen in the video. They confirmed that the incident took place on June 20.
Petaling Jaya OCPD Assistant Commissioner Shamsudin Mamat stated that police became aware of the viral video of the incident on social media at around 7.45pm on Sunday (June 28), prompting further investigation.
Preliminary inquiries revealed that the accident occurred around 6:10 PM when the SUV, driven by a 59-year-old local man, was headed from Shah Alam to Kuala Lumpur.
"Upon reaching the location, the driver was believed to have been driving dangerously before colliding with a car and a motorcycle," he explained in a statement on Monday (June 29).
Following the accident, the driver fled the scene, leaving the vehicle behind. The motorcyclist sustained minor injuries and was taken to Hospital Sunway for treatment.
"Police are still in the process of locating the driver, and the case is being investigated under Section 42(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987. We urge anyone who witnessed the incident or was present at the scene to assist in the investigation by contacting Traffic Investigating Officer Sgt Kumaran Murugaya at the Petaling Jaya district police headquarters at 03-7966 2222 or by visiting the nearest police station," he said.
