Recently, a video has gone viral showing a man allegedly throwing stones at traffic on a main road in Petaling Jaya.

Police are currently investigating a case involving an individual suspected of throwing stones at vehicles on Jalan Sungai Buloh-Kepong near the Sri Damansara MRT station in Petaling Jaya on Sunday (Dec 8).
According to Sinar Harian, Petaling Jaya District Police Deputy OCPD Supt M Hussin Sollehuddin Zolkifly confirmed that the police first became aware of a viral video showing the incident at 2.30pm on Monday (Dec 9).
"So far, no police reports have been received from any parties, but efforts to track down the individual are underway,” he said.
"This act of vandalism can be punished under Section 427 of the Penal Code.
"If found guilty, the offender may face imprisonment for up to two years, a fine, or both," added Supt M Hussin.
Supt M Hussin then said that the public should not engage in actions that endanger lives, damage property, or threaten the safety of others.
"We urge any witnesses who saw or have information about the incident to come forward and make a police report to assist in the investigation," he added.
