Two die in car-motorcycle crash in KKB


KUALA LUMPUR: Two men, including a 14-year-old, were killed while a woman was injured in a collision involving a car and a motorcycle at Jalan Ampang Pecah, Rasa, Kuala Kubu Bharu near here, shortly after midnight Sunday (May 24).

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said six personnel from the Bukit Sentosa Fire and Rescue Station were dispatched to the scene after an emergency call was received at 12.14am.

He said the crash involved a car and a motorcycle.

"The 28-year-old motorcyclist and the teenager, whose relationship has yet to be identified, were pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel," he said in a statement Monday (May 25).

Ahmad Mukhlis said the 51-year-old driver sustained injuries. - Bernama
