SEREMBAN: Datuk Seri Mubarak Dohak and three other Undang in Negri Sembilan have filed an originating summons at the High Court here to compel the Dewan Keadilan dan Undang secretary to provide them a copy of the minutes of a special session which advised on Mubarak's removal as Undang of Sungei Ujong.
Mubarak, who is disputing his removal, along with the Undang of Jelebu Datuk Maarof Mat Rashad, Undang of Johol Datuk Muhammed Abdullah and Undang of Rembau Datuk Abdul Rahim Yasin, the Tunku Besar Tampin Tunku Syed Razman Tunku Syed Idrus Al-Qadri and Datuk Shahbandar Sungei Ujonh Datuk Seri Utama Badarudin Abdul Khalid had named the DKU secretary Raja Norazli Raja Nordin as the first defendant.

They also named the DKU and the state government as the second and third defendants respectively.
The six claimed that as members of the DKU, they had the right to be furnished with the minutes of a special session held at Istana Besar Seri Menanti on April 17.
They are also seeking a declaration that the first and second defendants provide them with the minutes within seven days.
The six also sought a declaration that whatever decisions taken during the session to be suspended until then.
On April 17, Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun said the DKU – the highest authority governing matters related to the four Undang – had agreed to accept the advice of the Telaga Undang and Waris Klana Hulu Sungai Ujong, to remove Mubarak as Undang.
The removal, he noted, was due to 33 offences related to the traditions and customary laws allegedly committed by Mubarak.
Aminuddin said Mubarak’s removal was also carried out in accordance with Article 14(3) of the Constitution of Negri Sembilan.
Mubarak and the three Undang then disputed Aminuddin's statement.
They went on to say that he was no longer fit to lead the state administration and should be replaced.
