High Court dismisses appeal by ex-Bersatu Youth chief to retrieve two seized luxury cars, other valuables


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has dismissed an appeal by former Bersatu Youth chief Adam Asmuni who was seeking to retrieve two luxury cars and other valuable items, including luxury watches and handbags, that were seized by the authorities during a drug raid.

Justice Mohd Arief Emran Arifin made the dismissal after considering oral submissions from lawyer Amirrul Jamaluddin, who represented Adam as the appellant, and Deputy Public Prosecutor Shahrizzat Amadan who appeared for the government as the respondent.
